Great everything from every extra cooking utensils and all the common condiments you could hope for with extra large rooms to a downstairs toilet, a separate large utility room (full washer & separate tumble dryer large sink and great storage cupboards area) a HEATED conservatory that sits 6 persons at a further dining table in the open plan living room area..

The property also has a large internal garage which allows you to enter from this area into the kitchen

Things to note

Fantastic house - I particuarly enjoyed watching the deer while out walking our dog. Internally, everything you could possible need for a home from home was provided. Will be returning next year for sure.

The place was lovely and communication was great prior to arrival including very detailed directions. Yvonne was easy to get a hold of during the stay as well, which was great.
Overall we had a great stay, the place was really spacious, clean and we loved it - highlights were the BBQ hut and the massive bathroom upstairs!!

Stayed with my family for two nights, what a wonderful stay we had. The views are stunning, the house is beautiful and so spacious. The host left personal touches for us upon arrival, which was a really lovely touch. If your looking for a luxurious yet tranquil stay, this is perfect. Oh and the master en suite was the largest i had ever seen with the most amazing walk in shower!

A fantastic property just a few minutes drive from the centre of Strathaven. The property is amazing and caters for everyone and every need. The cottage was stunning and much bigger than I expected.

Our host Yvonne was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us, and really helped make our stay such an enjoyable one.

The house in Strathaven is beautiful, and way bigger than I expected 🙂 It's warm and homely! She has EVERYTHING you can imagine from baby items to adult drinking games. Really does cater for all. Greeted with Whiskey's and all the nice touches such as waters by our beds, fresh fruit, chocolates, etc. Tons of games to keep us entertained. Can't recommend this place enough! Even leant me a pram on short notice 🙂

What a wonderful place to stay. Exceedingly comfortable and to say well equipped would be an understatement. Ideal for trips into central Glasgow but equally peace and quiet in the lovely surrounding countryside. A fabulous home from home for our all too short a stay.
