The neighbourhood is honestly fantastic! It is a really quiet/private conservation village area with its own attractions but is situated bang in the middle of central Scotland to travel from. Our Park & Ride train station at Merryton gives you the best access to the city centre without the HEFTY parking fees. We leave a list of restaurant numbers/bars/etc in the house manual.

There are many spaces to be totally private inside and out. Our beautifully presented holiday properties are a perfect base to retire back to after a busy day exploring the delightful area and Scotland. There is outside garden furniture and our gardens are manicured and maintained.
Our quality mattresses and pillows are all protected, Goose Feather and down duvets. We use high thread count quality Egyptian Cotton bed linen and Hugo Boss luxury bath sheets and towels, some toiletries, housecoats & slippers. We have wooden & velour or ladies silk eveningwear hangers and protective clothes covers. There are salon powerful hairdryers and straighteners.
Quality cooking pots/extensive Crockery & beautiful serving dishes (especially at Christmas and new year) Cutlery & fine Glassware for 12 (min). We also have basic provisions such as a full range of teas/coffee/sugar/salt & peppers, olive oil, ketchup/spices etc., so you only really need to buy the actual food if you want to cook.
We also have a king bedroom and a toilet downstairs. Two of our bedrooms have private vanity sinks in them.
We provide a child’s high chair & infant seat riser, a travel cot/mattress/bedding, a stair gate, baby monitors and a full range of baby products (just in case) we have a large selection of games/puzzles/books/cd’s to keep even the youngest amused.
We can also organise anything you need or require in advance of your stay. We also have other Holiday properties on-site, so we can cater for large groups all at the same location.

As well as full-time discrete polite staff, we appreciate our guests have different schedules, whilst we like to introduce ourself to our guests, our key safe entry with your personal code allows you to enjoy your own space.
Minimum three nights, unless by arrangement.
No parties. Over the festive period a deposit is taken. Only those booked into the property may enter the property without prior permission.
We provide an in-depth ‘house manual’ on check-in which explains everything you need to know re the house and gives the names & recommendations of restaurants/bars/galleries and places to visit & info on things to do including private walks on our cart track, walking routes for your dogs, wildlife you can see, etc.
Pets welcome (£25.00 cleaning fee per pet as we use an outside company who professionally steam clean the property for future guests)
Usual check-in 4.00pm. Day of departure is by 10.00am (Key returned to key safe placed outside). We offer round the clock check-in with our key safe.
